OUR STORY
Every jewellery has a story — and every story has a beginning.
This isn’t where the story begins.
It’s where it continues — Ours began over 50 years ago with love, with art, and with you.
A visionary with a deep love for collectibles, he stepped into the world of jewellery in 1970. He was one of India’s earliest ivory dealers, but when the ivory ban came into effect in 1986, his passion evolved. He naturally turned to gold, silver, and precious stones, carrying forward his belief that beauty should be both meaningful and lasting.
In 1990, his dedication to the craft was honoured with the Highest Exporter Award in India, presented by Shri Ashok Gehlot — a moment that marked not just recognition, but the beginning of a lifelong legacy.
DAZZLING MILESTONES:
A Jewellery connoisseur, Romeo Jain, joined the family business at the age of 19. Both pioneering and traditional, his eye for detail and understanding of the craftsmanship led to the expansion of one of the most-trusted Jewellery export houses in the nation. For years, he meticulously streamlined the operations while working closely with his father, who had successfully cascaded his love for jewellery to his son. The father-son duo have victoriously gained a strong foothold in over 20 countries including the United States, Italy, Germany, Thailand, Nepal among others. Owing to their strong business acumen and a profound commitment to India’s cultural heritage, The Jewels is being trickled down to the next generation.
MOVING FORWARD:
Equipped with not just the lineage, but also the right skills and the vision for the future, Jasmine Jain is now representing the 3rd generation. Having taken a step further to enhance the legacy, she is venturing into the retail sector with the aim of giving every household an access to India’s rich and alluring culture, the glimpses of which have beautifully been expressed in the intricate designs of Love art's handcrafted jewellery. With a background in Jewellery Design from IIGJ and a Master’s in Digital Marketing from King’s College London, I founded Love Art as an ode to everything that’s been passed down: the stories, the skills, the silver, the gold — and the quiet power of beauty made by hand.
Here, we don’t just make jewellery. We make heirlooms, we make art, we make love last — through metal, through memory, through meaning.
Every Love Art piece is intricately designed and delicately put together by master artisans across India, using the most traditional techniques to keep the authenticity of the craft intact. From intricate 92.5 silver, to everyday 18K gold, to rare vintage finds — this is jewellery that doesn’t just shine, it speaks.
We’re here to create timeless designs that feel deeply personal, hold cultural meaning, and are cherished for generations to come.
This is Love Art.
Born in India, destined to be an heirloom.
